Terms of Service

Welcome to Horeco ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects hospitality workers with restaurants and hospitality businesses. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Horeco is operated by Dev.family OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Registration Number: 16463937, VAT Number: EE102494679).

• "Platform" refers to the Horeco website and mobile applications • "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform • "Worker" refers to hospitality professionals seeking work opportunities • "Restaurant" refers to businesses seeking hospitality staff • "Shift" refers to a work opportunity posted by a Restaurant • "Assignment" refers to a confirmed work arrangement between a Worker and Restaurant

To use our Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal right to work in the country where you seek employment • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials Restaurants must be legally registered businesses with valid operating licenses.

When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

Horeco provides a platform that: • Enables Restaurants to post shift opportunities • Allows Workers to browse and apply for shifts • Facilitates communication between Workers and Restaurants • Provides matching services based on skills, availability, and location • Enables reviews and ratings after completed shifts We act solely as an intermediary and are not a party to any employment relationship between Workers and Restaurants.

As a Worker, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications • Maintain current availability information • Honor confirmed shift commitments • Arrive on time and perform duties professionally • Comply with Restaurant policies and instructions • Report any issues or concerns promptly • Not misrepresent your identity or qualifications

As a Restaurant, you agree to: • Provide accurate shift descriptions and requirements • Offer fair and legal compensation • Maintain a safe working environment • Comply with all applicable labor laws • Treat Workers with respect and professionalism • Pay Workers as agreed upon completion of shifts • Not discriminate against Workers based on protected characteristics

• Payment terms are agreed between Workers and Restaurants • Horeco may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes • Workers are responsible for their own tax obligations • Restaurants are responsible for compliance with wage and hour laws • Any fees charged by Horeco will be clearly disclosed before transactions

• Workers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations • Restaurants should provide reasonable notice for shift cancellations • Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions • Emergency cancellations should be communicated immediately • We reserve the right to implement cancellation fees or penalties

• Users may leave reviews after completed shifts • Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on actual experiences • Defamatory, discriminatory, or false reviews are prohibited • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies • Manipulation of ratings through fake reviews is strictly prohibited

Users must not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Provide false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users • Circumvent the Platform for direct hiring without compensation • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform • Collect user data without authorization

• All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Dev.family OÜ • Users retain ownership of content they submit • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for Platform operations • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content • Trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform • The accuracy or completeness of any information • The quality or suitability of Workers or Restaurants • That the Platform will meet your specific requirements • That any errors will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEV.FAMILY OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform • Actions or omissions of other users • Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dev.family OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
