How much it costs

During the Lisbon 2026 pilot, Horeco is free. No commission, no monthly fees. When we introduce monetization, we'll give advance notice and pilot partners get preferential terms in year one.

Horeco is currently a matching platform. Payments and contracts are arranged directly between restaurant and worker.

Frequently asked questions

Each worker goes through verification: documents (NIF, proof of residence), initial interview, declared experience. Ratings and shift history appear on the profile.
We actively help find a replacement from our pool — usually within an hour. Personal SMS and WhatsApp support. During the pilot there's no financial guarantee, just operational support.
